Tiffany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst, and founder of Divergent Behavioral Services LLC. She has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 2007 and has been licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri since 2023. Her work is grounded in compassionate, evidence-based practice with an emphasis on client autonomy, self-advocacy, meaningful independence, and quality of life.

Tiffany holds a BS in Psychology, an MA in Human Development and Family Studies, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Behavioral Health Leadership, with anticipated graduation in 2028.
